2.Unzip the portable software & open it.You can see a screen like below.

3. Now click add file and chose a single audio song or a folder of song that you like.You can see your added song in the dial box.With this software you can change The song quality high to low but you can't change song's quality from low to high with this software.




4. I have chosen 320Kbps song.Now you have to select bit rate option. Select "constant"as mode.
select bit rate 128 Kbps.In modas option,select "Stereo". In the simple frequency option type 48000HZ.The more you reduce the frequency the more the quality of the song will be reduced.
I think it is better to use higher frequency for the quality of the song.Then chose your location to save the file.If you have done everything correctly then click on the process button.
  
5.Wait for a while since the size of the music is shrinking.

6.If the work is done,you will see a dialog box like above.My file size is reduced by 60%

 
7.Now go to the location that you have saved your file,and enjoy the song.
