I am giving a step by step tutorial:

1.First of all,download this software from here.

2. After downloading the software,install it and after that open it.
 3. Then click on the ADD directory option.



4. Now select the folder that has the music that you want to tag the image.




5.Now press ctrl+A to select all the songs.


6.Right click on the cover varier and click add cover.In here you have to select your desired image that you have wanted to tag in the MP3.

 
7. Now click on the Save icon to save the image tag.


8. Now watch the action.You can see your image on the Mp3 file.
